    So NOT being busy can indicate that it is a form of ‘mind activeness’???
    I do get what you mean with that quote though :)

    it’s more just being busy – doing meaningless tasks in your business or job is often a disguise so you can fool yourself and others your adding value… because you don’t have any spare time.

    Smart people think more, find better ways, are not lazy and so invent spare time.
