Effort always leads to results, but great results are sometimes just luck.

    I think you need to celebrate both effort and results. Effort doesn’t always lead to results but it is at least a step in the right direction. Results with little effort also deserve celebration – you’ve had some good luck, the wind was blowing in your favour.

    Maybe I celebrate too much… ;)
